  This company is a disgrace!
  avoid, avoid, avoid.
  All they want is to bully you into giving them payment for a half done job. Caused damage to the roof whilst apparently fixing broken tiles and inflict abuse on you on the phone when you try to speak to them to resolve.
  I'd call them cowboys but i wouldn't want to offend to cowboys!
