  I have been renting an apartment from Belvoir for the last 2 1/2 years. Any issues with the property have been dealt with quickly.
  Inspections occur every 6 months which are helpful for both myself as a tenant and for the landlord.
  
  A couple of weeks ago I left my keys in the property, thankfully after a quick call to the office one of the Agents came straight out so I could get into my home. I was extremely grateful as my young daughter was with me and I was unable to get to the Letting Agency.
  
  I would highly recommend Belvoir.
